How do I cancel my membership?
All memberships at Extreme Fitness are recurring monthly memberships. As such, if you wish to cancel your membership you may do so at any time. However, we do require a 30 Day notice for all cancellations. Specifically, you MUST either; stop in the facility and complete a Cancel Form at the front desk or send a certified letter to the club stating that you wish to cancel your membership. You will be billed for one more month (after the month in which you initiate your cancel request) and you will have access to the club during this time. No verbal cancel requests will be recognized. Furthermore, due to the inherent flexibility of the membership program, there are no exceptions to the policy.
How do I freeze my membership?
Members may freeze their memberships from one (1) to three (3) months every year. The year is defined as from the date in which you joined. Freeze requests are not accepted over the phone or by mail. Specifically, if you wish to freeze your membership you MUST stop in the club and complete a Freeze Form at the front desk. No verbal freeze requests will be recognized. Furthermore, due to the inherent flexibility of the membership program, there are no exceptions to the policy.
Please Note: Members that are part of a Corporate Membership may not freeze their membership.
